Local Service

Certified Engineers

Our engineers are trained and accredited to the highest levels on Toshiba, Ricoh and Lexmark equipment, and on network connectivity. They also attend regular training courses to ensure they are kept up to date.

Our support vehicles are extensively stocked with spare parts so you can be sure downtime is kept to a minimum.

Works Control

Our works control department is responsible for providing first-line support and scheduling the engineers.

They have extensive knowledge of our customer base and the equipment, and have built up great relationships with many of our customers.

Remote Monitoring

We provide Remotecare as a complimentary service to our customers. Our Remotecare software enables us to monitor your toner levels and automatically despatch toner when it’s running low.

Remotecare also automatically submits your meter readings to us ensuring none of your bills are estimated, and can even notify us of faults, allowing us to respond pro-actively.

Nationwide Coverage

Based on the South Coast we deliver outstanding service and support whether you are an independent or a large corporate organisation with multiple sites.

We can supply and service equipment throughout the UK. You’ll still benefit from our competitive prices, excellent first line support and Remotecare, but the engineers will be based local to your offices and adhere to our SLAs.

The engineers will be despatched directly from the manufacturer in the case of Toshiba and Ricoh, or from a network of hand-picked local dealerships in the case of Lexmark equipment.
